It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you  finally  made  the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq  to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean  more quality to the paintings, am i right?. 
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Oh how wrong that journal title sounds.  I'm officially old now and have nothing else to look forward to other than aging lol.   21 years old as of today, March 12th.  I guess that means I can finally drink now.  D: Not that big of a deal considering my dad's let me taste crap since I was 16 and let me go down to the shore to drink with my friends (he's a good parent lol).  He claimed dibs on taking me out for my first drink and if my grandmother is at the restaurant she's always at after work, I'll get to share that with her.  Ah drinking with your father and grandmother....good family lol.  My other gift (besides being off from work) is monster alien blow em up movie: Battle Lost Angeles.  Don't care about ratings, I just wanna see marines and aliens kill one another.

8D And a -glances at clock- 3 hour late happy birthday to :iconrisha: who despite being one day before me, completely slipped my mind this year.  Oh and my friend who's birthday is THE SAME DAY AS ME was also forgotten.  Ah my memory is going already lol.

So I am off to enjoy the National Day of Tahki and bask in the attention of my family and friends.  It's all about meeeeeeeeee!
